How it all begins for us... the 𝐶𝑜𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑢𝑡.

Let's toast 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐲!

Coconut has a unique and rich flavour, it gives that hint of a 𝐞𝐱𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜, 𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐟𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭 to anything it's added to.

All 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞'𝐬 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 starts with a coconut based ice cream, incorporating the flavour of another.

As we continue to observe coconut day are a couple 𝐅𝐔𝐍 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐒 about coconuts:

𝐅𝐔𝐍 𝐅𝐀𝐂𝐓 - today is also 𝐈𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐒𝐨𝐝𝐚 𝐃𝐚𝐲, although this is not very popular in the Caribbean it's still worth exploring for us ice cream lovers.

But for those of you who may not be familiar with it, an 𝐼𝑐𝑒 𝐶𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚 𝑆𝑜𝑑𝑎 or also referred to as an 𝐼𝑐𝑒 𝐶𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚 𝐹𝑙𝑜𝑎𝑡 is a 𝑐ℎ𝑖𝑙𝑙𝑒𝑑 𝑏𝑒𝑣𝑒𝑟𝑎𝑔𝑒 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑠𝑖𝑠𝑡𝑠 𝑜𝑓 𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚 𝑖𝑛 𝑒𝑖𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟 𝑎 𝑠𝑜𝑓𝑡 𝑑𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑘 𝑜𝑟 𝑎 𝑚𝑖𝑥𝑡𝑢𝑟𝑒 𝑜𝑓 𝑓𝑙𝑎𝑣𝑜𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑠𝑦𝑟𝑢𝑝 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐𝑎𝑟𝑏𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑑 𝑤𝑎𝑡𝑒r.

It's the holiday and here's something to make it extra special with the cherry on top.🍒

As we celebrate 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲🥛, a fun yet easy fix, all you need is some ice cream, milk, vanilla extract and a blender to get it going!
And if you want to get creative you can have on standby: 𝑠𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑛𝑘𝑙𝑒𝑠, 𝑤ℎ𝑖𝑝𝑝𝑒𝑑 𝑐𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑚, 𝑐ℎ𝑜𝑐𝑜𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑠ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑠, 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝑐ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑠!

We're still celebrating dads, so why not give him that special treat.

𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞'𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚, will give you an added splash of coconut so that's another version to your shake.

Chocolate Ice Cream is a prime comfort food, for any occasion, any day and any time.. No specifics when it comes to this chocolatey, decadent goodness. The creamier the better.
