Pushing boundaries and growing stronger! This is how I would describe the last few months of my life as I keep taking on challenges and figuring how to crush them along the way! 💪

Mass gatherings??? Not usually my thing, because let’s be real—serving hundreds is a whole different ballgame from serving a few at a time. And Trinis when hungry (and maybe a bit tipsy)? That’s another story! 😂

Last week, we had the absolute pleasure of catering for hundreds of amazing people at CPLT20 and it was such an unforgettable experience! From grilling mouth-watering BBQ to serving up our signature sides, it was intense but every moment was worth it. Watching everyone enjoy the food and learning that we were a favorite at the stadium made all the hard work totally pay off!

Thank you to hubby, mom and my A team who all helped to pull this off. Not to mention it was my son”s 18th birthday and we couldn’t celebrate in the usual way but he did have a time!

Big thanks to CPL who trusted us to feed such a large crowd and helped make this event a massive success! We can't wait to bring the heat again at future events.
