1. 🆕 Poorman Dosa ($20): A zesty, herb-infused filling that brings a burst of island flavor to golden crispy dosas

2. ⁠🔹Plain Dosa ($20):A South Indian savory "crepe" made from fermented rice and urad dal batter.

3. ⁠🔹Burrito Dosa ($45): Experience the fusion of Mexico and South India with a delicious stuffing of Mexican Rice and Beans, BBQ Chataigne, Pickled Cabbage, Salsa Verde, Guacamole, Sour Cream, and more.

4. ⁠🔹Gunpowder Dosa 🌶 ($35): A spicy blend of South Indian spices and chili peppers spread on the crispy dosa.

5. ⁠🔹Mother-in-Law Dosa 🌶🌶 ($35): A fiery combination of hot peppers and fresh vegetables served on a hot dosa.

6. ⁠🔹Szechuan & Cheese Dosa 🌶 ($35): Classic South Indian and Chinese flavors come together in a spicy paste filling topped with melted cheese.
