bmobile
We wish to inform our valued customers that our landline has been out of service since Tuesday, May 6th, following Bmobile’s transition from copper lines to a fully wireless system. Despite multiple reports and follow-ups with their support team, we have been repeatedly assured that the issue—described as an “IT problem”—would be resolved within 24 hours. Unfortunately, four days have passed, and the problem remains unresolved.

This disruption is especially distressing as we approach Mother’s Day, a critical time for our business. Not being able to receive calls is directly impacting our ability to serve you.

We have also inquired about implementing call forwarding as a temporary solution, but were informed by a supervisor named Kaheya that this feature is not currently supported under the new wireless system.

As a customer of TSTT for over 30 years, we are deeply disappointed by the lack of timely resolution and support.

We sincerely apologize to our loyal customers for this inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

In the interim kindly call 770-7025 to place orders or make reservations 🙏
