My dear friends,
after eight unforgettable years, the time has come for me to say goodbye.
This restaurant has never been just a business—it has been a place where memories were made, friendships were built, and where your support turned my dream into something truly meaningful. Every visit, every smile, and every kind word you shared has been part of this journey, and for that, I am deeply grateful.
Due to my father’s health condition, I have made the difficult decision to hand over the restaurant so I can be by his side during this time. It was not an easy choice, but it is one made with family at heart.
I want to thank each and every one of you for your support, trust, and warmth over the years. You have been a part of this story.
I sincerely hope that you will continue to support my friends Vedat, Faruk and Fatih and that this place will remain a welcoming home for you, just as it always has been.
Finally, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Leo, Muharrem, Ayhan, and my wonderful family for their support in helping me realize my dreams—and of course, to all of my staff who stood by my side throughout this journey.
