🍫 Creamy Biscuit Dessert with Chocolate Ganache... Silky Smooth & Irresistibly Delicious!
With a silky cream filling and a rich chocolate ganache topping, this easy no-fuss dessert is incredibly delicious and will quickly become one of your favorite recipes.
Ingredients:
For the dessert:
1 pack ladyfinger biscuits (double pack).
For the cream:
1 liter milk
1 Turkish tea glass flour
1 Turkish tea glass cornstarch
1 Turkish tea glass sugar
1 egg
Add after cooking:
200 g mascarpone cheese
1 packet vanilla sugar
For the ganache:
200 ml heavy cream
180 g dark chocolate
Instructions:
Whisk all the cream ingredients together until smooth and free of lumps. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Cover the surface of the cream directly with plastic wrap to prevent a skin from forming, then chill until completely cool.
Once cooled, add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla sugar, then beat until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, gradually add one tea glass of milk until you reach the desired consistency.
Break the ladyfinger biscuits into suitable pieces and place them in a glass baking dish or any serving dish. Add the cream and gently mix everything together.
Heat the heavy cream, then pour it over the dark chocolate and stir until smooth to make the ganache.
Spread the ganache evenly over the dessert.
Refrigerate overnight before serving for the best texture and flavor (we know that's the hardest part! 😄).
Enjoy! ❤️
