The Easiest Roll Cake Recipe
Cup size used: 200 ml
๐ Pastry Cream:
2.5 cups milk (500 ml)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp starch
1 egg yolk
After removing from heat:
1 tsp butter
1 packet vanilla
After cooling:
1 packet whipped cream powder
Cook the cream ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, and whisk. Cover with plastic wrap touching the surface and let cool. Once cooled, add whipped cream powder and mix for a few minutes.
๐ Cake Batter:
3 eggs
Slightly more than 1/2 cup sugar
1.5 cups milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Vanilla
Baking powder
3 cups flour
Whisk eggs and sugar, then add liquid ingredients and continue mixing. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Preheat a sandwich maker, pour the batter, spread quickly, and cook. Divide batter into 3 parts and cook each separately.
Trim edges, spread cream, add fruits and chocolate chips, roll and cut into halves. Sprinkle powdered sugar before serving.
