Babamız Hacı Münir Beyin ailesi ve dostları için yaptığı kavurmayı devam ettiriyoruz. Kavurmanın içine sadece kaya tuzu ilave ediyoruz.

Süt dana etini kendi yağıyla "BAKIR" tencerede kısık ateşte ilikli kemik suyu ile pişiriyoruz. "ASLA" hiç bir baharat ve katkı maddesi kullanmıyoruz. İşimize "SEVGİMİZİ" katıyoruz, en önemli düsturumuz; Yemediğimizi "ASLA" yedirmiyoruz.
