İsmimiz, Günümüz Ingilizcesinde “Olive” (Zeytin) , Latince “Oliva”, dan gelir.Restoranımızda en büyük varlığımızdır, ve hayal edilmez ilham verir mutfağımıza. Zeytin yağlı yemeklerimizde ve mezelerimizde kullanılır bu doğa harikası zeytin ve zeytin yağı. Salatalarımızın sosunu oluşturur, makarnalara, etlerimizin marinesinde taze baharatlara eşlik eder, kısacası adını aldığımız zeytin, asla bırakma
