Restaurant 34 brings a different dimension to the culinary scene, offering a combination of five different concepts. Guests can join the chef directly at the Chef’s Table or enjoy a range of marinated grill or slow-cooked items with accompanying sauces in the Smoke House. There are also more than 34 cheese varieties, charcuterie and mezze served in the Charcuterie & Cheese Room. Stunning pastries and desserts are served in the Patisserie and guests can enjoy freshly baked products in the Bakery. The restaurant is decorated in a modern interpretation of traditional Turkish settings. The contemporary architecture of the restaurant is dominated by marble, glass and natural materials such as exotic oak wood. The modern design and warm décor also combines with Mediterranean flair. Restaurant 34, with its high ceilings and comfortable atmosphere, has a 198 person capacity and service operates every day from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM. However, guests can enjoy the relaxed ambience beyond 11:00 PM and well into the night.
