Bo Bech earned a Michelin star at Restaurant Paustian and helped redefine Danish dining with Geist. Today, he continues this journey at his intimate restaurant Bobe, known for its bold and honest cuisine. Also a celebrated TV personality and author of cookbooks, Bo is a key figure in shaping Copenhagen’s culinary identity.
Together with Cenk Debensason, they will present a special tasting menu—two distinct voices, one unforgettable evening.
