An authentic dish from Ottoman cuisine, reimagined with Garden1897’s elegant touch:
Harem Chicken offers a refined dining experience inspired by the palace kitchen.

Ingredients:
• Thinly sliced chicken breast
• Julienned carrots
• Caramelized onions
• Special soy-based sauce
• Oven-roasted potato cubes
• Boiled broccoli and Brussels sprouts

Preparation:
Chicken slices are sautéed over medium heat until lightly golden. Julienned carrots and onions are added to the pan and slowly caramelized to enhance their natural sweetness.
