Потрясающая, воздушная, с хрустящей корочкой и фруктами. Ммммм…. 😍
Безусловный фаворит наших десертов - Меренга🍭

Если еще не пробовали ее у нас, я очень советую с ней познакомится.

Я не кладу в меренгу много сахара, поэтому у нее нет приторного сладкого вкуса.
⠀
Наоборот в начинке вы почувствуете нежный вкус взбитых сливок, сладость клубнички🍓 и банана.🍌

А сама основа рулета из взбитых белков воздушная и не липкая с хрустящей корочкой сверху.

Не знаю почему, но эта ваза с сухоцветами все время захватывает мое внимание😬😅

Я помню, как в детстве, мы в школе делали из таких картины на уроках труда. Приклеивали их на картон с рисунками или пришивали с разными пуговками на куски ткани.

И я очень благодарна, что смогла ее сфотать под новым для меня углом☺️

Кстати, ваза с сухоцветами не единственный неживой букет в нашем заведении среди кучи горшков с цветами и деревьями.

Неделю назад вы голосовали в сторис по начинкам к блинчикам. Я выбрала самые популярные и добавила в меню.

И так, что вы уже можете дегустировать любимые мои гости:
🔹блины с яблоком и корицей. Кстати начинку к этим блинчикам я делаю сама.
🔹блины с фермерским вареньем из клубники, вишни или апельсина.

I want to dedicate this post to variety of my café menu. In the upcoming posts, I will introduce you each dish and drink in details.

Drinks are represented by classic everyone's favorites latte, cappuccino and americano in different variations. And I also added two interesting unusual coffees to the menu - a cold energizing bumble, and coffee with ice cream.

Tea lovers will enjoy high-quality black and green tea with different flavors. And of course the perfect refreshing kombucha for healthy drinks lovers.

As for breakfast, you will find several types of tender omelets, various crispy toasts, oatmeal, cottage cheese dishes and hash browns with toppings.

Everyone's favorite meringue cake, crispy eclairs and other desserts will be a great addition to your tea or coffee.

Hello everyone, let's start with an introduction! My name is Anna and I am the owner of a small and cosy cafe called FRIENDZONE.😀🙌

Cooking delicious and beautiful food is something that always brings me pleasure. I put a piece of my soul in every dish and pastry that you will try.
⠀
My acquaintance with the restaurant business happened at the age of 17, when I came to work as an ordinary waiter in a French restaurant. Within several years of work, I went through various cool training from a sommelier to a tea master and grew up to the position of a restaurant manager. Since then, the love of beautiful and delicious food has lived with me all the time. And that motivated me to share my passion with people.

This cafe is my mature project. I wanted to create not only a cozy space where you can start the day with a delicious breakfast or lunch, but also a comfortable working zone and a place to meet friends.
⠀
I was focused on creating a menu of healthy food and simple ingredients. It was my personal pain. During 9 months living in Fethiye, I visited many restaurants and cafes, and everywhere food was very good, but I lacked lightness. The food was quite oily and you feel heavy afterwards. Thinking through the cafe menu, I tried to create healthy balanced dishes from different cuisines. Therefore, on the menu you will find both Russian cuisine with syrniki, lazy dumplings, and European cuisine with various toasts and low-fat omelettes. And, of course I love baking, so I cook all the sweets and pastries myself and they are always fresh.
