Sometimes a simple video says more than a thousand words.
Today, I happened to watch a video of our kitchen team at Rovers Return, and I couldn't be prouder.
Seeing our Head Chef Samir and the entire kitchen brigade working with smiles on their faces, laughing together, supporting one another, and creating such an incredible atmosphere while remaining professional is truly inspiring.
This kind of team spirit cannot be bought. It is built on respect, trust, passion, and genuine friendship.
I would like to say a huge thank you to every single member of our kitchen team. Your hard work, dedication, positive attitude, and passion are reflected in every dish that leaves the kitchen. You are the heart of Rovers Return, and because of you, our guests leave happy and keep coming back.
Thank you for creating not only amazing food but also an amazing working environment. I am incredibly proud to have such an outstanding team.
