Crispy cauliflower and chicken wings
Recipe for cauliflower
Ingredients
Cauliflower cut into florets
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Paprika
Onion powder
Cayenne pepper
Vegetable oil

Method
Mix all the ingredients till well combined
Place on a baking tray and cook on both sides in the oven till golden brown

Airfryer meal👌
Roast chicken, potato wedges, and salad 🥗
Recipe for potato wedges
Ingredients
4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
*Wash the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Leave skin on for added texture
* Boil the potato wedges for 5min and then drain
* In a bowl mix the oil and all the seasoning
* Toss the wedges in the oil and spice mixture until evenly coated
* Place the wedges into the airfryer taking care not to overcrowd them.
* Cook on both sides for 20-25mins depending on your airfryer settings or until golden brown and crispy on the outside
* If you don't have an airfryer, you can Cook in the oven for 30-35mins 200⁰C
