A little story behind these beautiful beans from one of our coffee people, Porterest ☕️
Knowing P’Por is a long story. It all started years ago, when I used to go coffee hopping at 26.Blackyard quite often. Back then, P’Por was a Q Grader, and somehow, over all those visits, we ended up sharing and exchanging so much knowledge about coffee.
Years have passed, and our love for the coffee community has taken us both in different directions. P’Por has since stepped deeper into coffee processing — learning, experimenting, and constantly pushing herself to understand how to make Thai coffee better.
And I know that behind every bag of coffee like this, there’s so much time, curiosity, patience, and love that people may never get to see.
So this post is simply a little thank you — for all the effort, passion, and dedication you’ve put into developing Thai coffee and making it better, one process at a time.
Every effort matters. Every cup carries a part of the journey. ☕️🤎
