From Phuket to Marbella ⚓️🌍

Life has taught me that the most beautiful opportunities often arrive when you least expect them.

Today I am proud and grateful to begin a new adventure as Private Chef aboard a luxury yacht in the Mediterranean.

After many years spent building restaurants, cooking for guests from all over the world, and following my passion across different countries, I have been entrusted with the responsibility of creating a unique culinary experience during a Mediterranean voyage.

For the next few weeks, my kitchen will be the sea, my view will change every day, and my mission will remain the same: bringing authentic Italian cuisine, passion, and respect for great ingredients wherever I go.

I would like to thank the owners for their trust and confidence. Being chosen for this position is both an honor and a source of great motivation.

Some people look at a plate of homemade gnocchi and see only pasta.
Others understand that without the right wine, even the best dish loses part of its soul.

Homemade gnocchi, slow-cooked tomato sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh burrata… and beside it, a great Italian red wine.
Because food and wine are not separate worlds — they are born to complete each other.

A great wine does not need to overpower the dish.
It must accompany it, respect it, and elevate every single flavor.
