We bring our food passion from Italy to Phuket. It is then left to rest for 12 hours to give time for flavours to build so it produces a lovely thin crisp base.

Our goal is to provide you with great tasting traditional food that tastes like our own Italian grandmother’s recipes. We use only the finest imported ingredients from the different regions of Italy and mix it with our local vegetable supply from Naiyang and seafood from the Andaman Sea. We make our pizzas in the traditional style using handmade dough from our own family's recipe using imported Italian flour. Our pizzas are then cooked in our wood-fired pizza oven.
