An informal design, but clearly high in quality. Fish Bar comprises two main zones—a restaurant and a pool bar—and the focus is on enjoyment of the beach/sea view. The open kitchen features a wood-fired grill at its center. Large floor-to-ceiling blackboards line the walls, while additional flexible wall panels can either create intimate areas or open up the space completely. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural daylight to flood the space during the day. Come evening, low lighting and candles create a dimmer intimate feel. Soft spot lighting highlights individual tables, while lighting focused on the open kitchen is brighter. Artwork and decorative items are inspired by the location and focus on textures with upbeat pop during the day and upbeat lounge music at night, provided by Music styling.
