We wish to thank everyone who has been patiently waiting for our coffee beans to come in from the farm. With the current shortage of quality beans, we hesitated to use inferior beans that were available, and were entirely disappointed with the ones we did try to temporarily use while we waited.
Thankfully, our farm has beans for us and we are back into our craft roasting for you. Thank you again for waiting so patiently for your favourite coffee. We've added extra to each and every bag this time as a small gesture of our gratitude for your continued patronage.

OOPS!!
After nearly 10 years of roasting coffee, today was the very first time I ever mistakenly grabbed the lever to release green beans from the hopper into the roasting drum when I intended to release the just roasted beans from the drum and into the cooling tray. 😮😂🤣

The result before my quick correction was still about 500 grams of green beans mixed into the freshly roasted coffee in the cooling tray. I'll be spending the rest of the morning picking each one out. 🤗🤣
