Tana is now back home and preparing 3 luxury guest lodges for her residential cookery school. Tana has worked as a chef all her life but gained her excellent reputation in Edinburgh then at Little Thai Chef Kendal before selling the business and moving to Morecambe Lancashire. Her dream was always to return to her roots and share her love of Thai cooking where it all began. Little Thai Chef Resort
is in the design stage and will be complete in 2023 providing luxury garden lodge accommodation on a half board basis. A fully equiped teaching kitchen, pool and landscaped private gardens will complete the resort for a maximum of 6 guests. Tana aims to grow all her own fruit and vegetables in her 6 acre garden. Planned excursions to bustling night markets, hidden Khmer temples and elephant sanctuary will help to make your stay a relaxing, creative and memorable one.
