For one afternoon only, Bill Allison and Timothy will be joining us Delia

Rooted in Bill’s Jamaican heritage and now based in Stockholm, Patois explores modern Jamaican cuisine through seasonality, open-fire cooking, and a deep respect for tradition. Expect bold flavors, thoughtful cooking, and the warmth that defines Jamaican hospitality.

Together with Delia, we’re bringing a special menu inspired by spice, smoke, friendship, and the joy of gathering around a table.
