We are back again!

ร้านได้ก่อตั้งเมื่อปี 2549 โดย นาย อมร ปาตียาวงศ์ แรกเริ่มเดิมที เป็นร้านขายอาหารว่างที่ขึ้นชื่อของจังหวัด อากร้า ประเทศอินเดีย โดยใช้ชื่อร้านว่า "ติ๊กกี้“ ตั้งอยู่บน ถนน สุรวงศ์ ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับจากลูกค้าชาวอินเดียและนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติเป็นอย่างดี ต่อมาจึงได้มีการขยายกิจการเป็นร้านอาหาร Fine Dining โดยเพิ่มความหลากหลายของเมนูอาหารจากทุกภาคของประเทศอินเดีย บนถนนสีลม ซึ่งเป็นย่านธุรกิจกลางใจเมืองและได้มี การเปลี่ยนชื่อจาก ติ๊กกี้ มาเป็น “Indian Delight" และเมื่อปี 2555 โดยทางบุตรชายนาย ซันนี่ ปาตียาวงศ์ เป็นผู้บริหาร และ ได้ขยายสาขาไปที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต เพื่อให้ลูกค้าในภูเก็ตได้สัมผัสความอร่อยได้จากอาหารอินเดียรสชาติต้นฉบับแท้ อาหารทุกเมนู โดยเชฟชื่อดัง อนิล กุมาร จากเมื่อง จัมมู ทางตอนเหนือของประเทศอินเดีย จุดเด่นของร้านคือรสชาติของอาหารต้นตำหรับรวมถึงความใส่ใจในการทำอาหารทุกเมนู
