At Rise and Grind Phuket, our team can remake a drink or take care of you immediately, without needing permission.

If you have a heavy day or accidentally spill your cup, we take care of you right away. Our only goal is to make you walk out with happiness.

No Heavy Energy After 6Pm. 🙏

We have a simple rule at our shop: “Finish work at 6 PM, leave everything here. Don’t take bad energy home.”

To me, professional service means focusing on the work, not the emotions. When a customer comes in with a bad mood, we just do our job best and don’t take it personally.

We have a simple rule at our shop: "Finish work at 6 PM. We don't take any heavy energy home, and we don't leave it at the shop either." Because our shop is a space for positive vibes, we just let everything go completely.

To me, professional service means focusing on the work, not the emotions. When a guest has a heavy day or faces a stressful moment, we just do our job best and don’t take it personally. Because we focus on our work, we can handle the situation smoothly, kindly, and with understanding. We don't need to carry anyone else's stress with us.

This is how we keep our Positive Energy high every day. Our team clears their minds before going home. If our minds are still heavy from yesterday, we can never give you a real smile and genuine good energy the next morning.

Every morning before opening, our first priority is an ”Emotional Check-in.“

We sit down together and honestly share what we’re carrying into the day, whether we‘re Glad, Mad, Sad, or Guilty, then wrap it up with our Intention for the day, with zero judgment.

Why we do this? Because we truly value the core of our team. It’s our culture to care and build happiness from within, expanding our inner vessel so we have more good energy to share with the outside world.

When our team is genuinely full, that’s exactly what flows out to everyone who walks through our doors.

Honestly, a cafe just naturally becomes a part of your day. It’s like a little safe spot where everyone’s different moods and paces just blend together.

Some days, you’re here to connect plus sitting across from someone, laptops open, just bouncing big ideas back and forth.

You know? A new day doesn’t have to be complicated. Every morning is just a fresh chance to reset yourself with a good cup of coffee, the aroma just grounds you and helps clear your mind for the day.

Once your mind settles and the coffee tastes right, a genuine smile just happens naturally. When you connect these three things as if a fresh start, a good brew, and a simple smile.

People often walk up to us and say, “Man, the energy in here is amazing.” ✨

They tell us they come in and immediately feel peaceful, calm, and just... full.

Honestly, it’s not an accident. We really believe in energy, and we intentionally pour that belief into this space. It’s why we burn frankincense and place crystals around the shop to pull in good vibes and absorb the heavy ones.

But it’s also about how our team lives. We work hard to keep our own personal energy clean and positive, because whatever we feel inside naturally flows into how we serve you.

You can feel it through a warm plate of food, a clean cup of coffee, or just the history vibrating inside this 100-year-old building. In our culture, we believe that the ancestors who came before us are still here, watching over the space and keeping it safe. We want you to feel that deep sense of comfort and safety when you walk in.

We’re just really proud to use our space to pass good energy back out into the world.
