It’s time! Been making breakfast sausage patties this week—sage is key. Also on the menu: a naturally sweet green pea soup, something a little different.

Our beef cheeks are slow-cooked for 4 hours in red wine and homemade stock—meltingly tender.

To finish off the afternoon, we’ve got a fantastic fresh batch of strawberry ice cream. Have a great Sunday, everyone. 🙂
