SEASONS, long celebrated as a five-star rated plant-based dining experience, will unveil a bold new culinary direction led by Executive Chef Steen Nielsen when it reopens on October 8, 2025.

The reimagined SEASONS will spotlight locally sourced, small-plate dining with a focus on provenance, creativity, and community. While continuing to champion vegan and vegetarian options, the new menu will expand to include sustainably sourced meats and seafood from local farmers and fishermen.
