🏨 HOUSEKEEPING VACANCY – LIVE-IN POSITION
Accommodation provided.
This is a live-in position for the safety and security of the hotel. If you are unable to live on-site, please do not apply.
DAILY DUTIES
Morning (7:30am – 10:00am)
• Assist with breakfast service.
• Help prepare breakfasts for hotel guests in the café.
• Clean the kitchen and communal areas after breakfast service.
Afternoon (12:00pm – 4:00pm)
Room turnover, including:
• Cleaning rooms after guest check-out.
• Changing bed linen and towels.
• Mopping floors.
• Emptying bins and removing rubbish.
• Wiping down all surfaces.
• Cleaning bathrooms and toilets.
• Restocking bathroom amenities (shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper).
• Refilling complimentary bottled water.
• Making beds and replacing towels for stay-over guests when they display the "Make Up Room" sign.
After room turnover you will:
• Wash, dry and fold bed linen and towels.
• Prepare housekeeping for the following day.
• Carry out a final clean of the communal areas and staircases.
HOTEL OPERATING HOURS
Our hotel operates from 7:30am until 8:00pm.
These are not your continuous working hours. There are several breaks throughout the day, and once all daily tasks have been completed you are free to leave the premises if you wish. You must return by 8:00pm to lock up the café and ensure the hotel is secure for the evening.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Occasionally there may be late check-ins, so you may be required to answer the out-of-hours doorbell. You may also be asked to assist guests who lose their key card or require assistance outside normal operating hours.
REQUIREMENTS
• Applicants of all nationalities are welcome.
• Basic English speaking skills would be an advantage.
SALARY
Starting salary: 12,000 THB per month.
Salary will be reviewed based on performance, ability and hotel occupancy.

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
ช่วงเช้า (07:30 – 10:00 น.)
- ช่วยเตรียมและเสิร์ฟอาหารเช้าให้แขก
- ช่วยงานภายในคาเฟ่
- ทำความสะอาดครัวและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางหลังจบอาหารเช้า
ช่วงบ่าย (12:00 – 16:00 น.)
- ทำความสะอาดห้องพักหลังแขกเช็กเอาต์
- เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัว
- ถูพื้น
- เทขยะและนำขยะออก
- เช็ดทำความสะอาดพื้นผิวต่าง ๆ
- ทำความสะอาดห้องน้ำ
- เติมของใช้ในห้องน้ำ เช่น เจลอาบน้ำ แชมพู และกระดาษชำระ
- เติมน้ำดื่มในตู้เย็นของห้องพัก
- สำหรับแขกที่พักต่อ ให้จัดเตียงและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวเมื่อแขกแขวนป้าย "Make Up Room"
หลังจากทำห้องเสร็จแล้ว จะเป็นงานซัก อบ และพับผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัว รวมถึงเตรียมงานสำหรับวันถัดไป และทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ส่วนกลางและบันไดเป็นรอบสุดท้าย
เวลาทำการของโรงแรม
07:30 – 20:00 น.
เวลาทำการของโรงแรม ไม่ใช่เวลาทำงานต่อเนื่องของพนักงาน เนื่องจากมีช่วงพักระหว่างงานหลายช่วง เมื่อทำงานประจำวันทั้งหมดเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว สามารถออกไปพักผ่อนหรือทำธุระส่วนตัวได้ แต่ต้องกลับมาภายในเวลา 20:00 น. เพื่อปิดคาเฟ่และตรวจความเรียบร้อยของโรงแรม
ในบางครั้งอาจมีแขกเช็กอินช่วงค่ำ จึงต้องพร้อมรับเสียงกริ่งนอกเวลาทำการ หรือช่วยเหลือแขกหากทำคีย์การ์ดหาย หรือเกิดปัญหาฉุกเฉินเล็กน้อย

- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
เงินเดือน
- เงินเดือนเริ่มต้น 12,000 บาท สำหรับเดือนแรก
- มีการพิจารณาปรับเงินเดือนตามความสามารถ ผลงาน และปริมาณการจองห้องพัก
