ขอขอบคุณลูกค้าใจดีทุกท่าน

เราเริ่มต้นเปิดร้านนี้ในปี 2011

เปลี่ยนมาจาก แกลเลอรี่วาดรูปของฉัน ( Thisaras Gallery) ฉันวาดรูปสีน้ำมัน เปลี่ยนมาปรุงอาหาร มันคือศิลปะ

ตอนเริ่มแรก เราเปิดเป็น ร้านเทคอะเวย์เล็กๆ ต่อมาก็เปลี่ยนชื่อ เป็น ซาราโซต้า คาเฟ แอนด์ เทคอะเวย์ ตอนนี้ เป็นชื่อ ทีส เทค อะเวย์ แอนด์ คาเฟ พัทยา คุณก็รู้ ผู้หญิง จะให้ว่าไง

ขอขอบคุณลูกค้าทุกท่านสำหรับการสนับสนุน และให้ไอเดีย ความคิดดีๆ เจ๋งๆ แก่ฉัน ทำให้เราสามารถพัฒนาอาหารยุโรปและอาหารไทย จนกลายเป็นซิกเนเจอร์

ฉันมีเรื่องเล่ามากมายแต่เรื่องนี้เป็นหนึ่งในเรื่องที่ฉันชอบมาก

หลายครั้งที่ฉันมาทำงานเป็นแคชเชียร์บ้าง เป็นพนักงานเสิร์ฟบ้าง มันเป็นโอกาสที่ดี

ทำให้ฉันได้พูดคุยกับลูกค้า แล้วมันก็เกิดเรื่องฮาๆ หลายเรื่อง

ตอนเช้าๆ วันหนี่ง ลูกค้า (ส่วนใหญ่เป็นฝรั่ง) สั่งอาหารเช้า ฉันก็เอาไปเสิร์ฟ

เขาก็มองหน้าฉัน แล้วเขาก็พูดว่า

“Where is the milk for my tea?”
“นมสำหรับใส่ชาของฉันอยู่ที่ไหน”

ฉันก็ก้มลงไปมองเหยือกนมอันเล็กๆ ที่วางบนโต๊ะอาหาร มันว่างเปล่า ไม่มีนม
นึกได้ว่า เอ้า ลืมเทนมใส่มาเหรอ
ฉันทำหน้าเศร้า แล้วพูดกับลูกค้าว่า

“Sorry Sir, we have no milk today. Our cow go on holiday.”
“ขอโทษนะคะท่าน วันนี้ร้านเราไม่มีนมค่ะ วัวไปฮอลิเดย์ค่ะ”

ลูกค้าจ้องหน้าฉันในความเงียบงัน อึ้งประมาณนาน 2-3วินาทีิ

พอนึกได้เขาก็ขำ แล้วเราก็หัวเราะลั่นกันแบบไม่แคร์สื่อ แต่ก็บอกเขาไปว่า “เดี๋ยวกลับไปเอานมมาให้นะ”

สิ่งที่ฉันเรียนรู้จากการทำธุรกิจร้านอาหารกว่า 10ปี ตอนนี้ ฉันกำลังสนใจ เรียกว่าหลงไหลดีกว่า การทำอาหารวีแกน แพลนท์เบทต ์ ฉบับโฮมเมด

เป็นมันเทรนใหม่ที่จะอยู่กับเราอีกนาน เพราะว่าตอนนี้ใครๆ สนใจเรี่องสุขภาพกันมาก และจะมากขึ้น จะตอบโจทก์สุขภาพ ถ้าคุณรู้เทคนิค

ฉันยินดีแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ของฉันกับใครบางคนที่สนใจ

อยากทำธุรกิจร้านอาหาร แต่ไม่รู้จะเริ่มอย่างไร

Our cafe opened in 2011, transformed from my Gallery (Thisaras Gallery)

We opened as a small Take Away changing to Sarasota Cafe and Take Away and now Tis Take Away and Cafe Pattaya.. You know a lady... what can I say?

Thank you to all of kind our customers for your support and giving me the ideas so we could improve our Europain and Thai food to be the signature dishes
that you like.

One of my favourite stories.

Manytimes I worked as cashier or waitress. It’s a good chance to talk to customers.
We have a number of funny stories.

Early one morning, a customer ordered breakfast and when it arrived he said to me,
“where is the milk for my tea?”
I looked at the small empty milk jar on the table. I realized I had forgotten.
Looking sad, I said “Sorry Sir, we have no milk today. Our cow go on holiday.”
Customer looked at me in silence. It took a few seconds to register,
then we both had a good laugh. I bought him his milk.

Now I am really excited about Vegan, Plant Based dishes. It’s a big new trend.

I am pleased to share my experience with someone who is interested in
to have a restaurant business or don’t know how to start.
