Important Update

Many of you have asked why our Grab store disappeared over the weekend, so we’d like to explain.

On Saturday we temporarily closed our Grab store after our commission rate increased to 32%. This increase is inconsistent with the agreement we entered into, and we are currently disputing the matter.

After receiving calls and messages from our regular customers, we’ve decided to reopen our Grab store so you can continue ordering. However, due to the significantly higher commission, Grab prices will need to be higher than our in store prices.

The good news is that we’ve now launched Order Direct, our own ordering platform.

Important Update Regarding Grab

Dear Customers,

Due to an ongoing dispute with GrabMerchant Thailand, BRU Coffee & Bar has temporarily suspended orders through GrabFood.

We believe Grab has acted contrary to our merchant agreement, and we will be pursuing legal action to protect our business. We also intend to file a formal complaint with the Trade Competition Commission of Thailand (TCCT).

Over the past year, our customers helped us achieve a 4.9⭐ rating from 644 reviews on Grab, for which we are extremely grateful. Unfortunately, our recent experience has left us with no confidence in continuing our partnership under the current terms.
