Great food, nice local business owners, food was delicious and we had Mussaman curry, Tum Yum Gung Chicken with noodles, Papaya Salad all with 2 serves of rice 2 coconut water and 2 beers all for 800 baht plus a tip of course. Very pleasant experience except the noisy traffic but that's just normal for Patong main road lol...Thanks Blue Horizon great food :)

If you’re looking for an authentic Thai meal and experience then this restaurant is for you. The food is prepared in their kitchen right in front of you (which I personally love) and is super tasty. We ordered tempura prawns to start, a chicken noodle dish and a garlic chicken and rice dish for our mains and everything was delightful and so reasonably priced. The experience I would say, is like you are in their home and they are cooking a fresh, homemade meal for you. This family don’t speak much English, but they communicated sufficiently when taking our order and when we had questions and were very pleasant. They also have two adorable cats and two small children who were also lovely and playful. If this sounds like the type of experience you would like, you won’t be disappointed if you eat here, everything was wonderful :)

At first, we couldn't find the restaurant. It is located a little further down the main street compared to the gps pin. Don't let you fool from the first look, the food is amazing! Lots of typical Thai dishes to choose from. We had Pad Thai noodles and a Green Soy Curry. The food was delicious, the two women running the shop were friendly and cooked our food in front of us (best proof of freshness :)) would recommend the Fried Shrimps as a starter, it was delicious.
There weren't any reviews over the past years which left us struggling at first, but yes: it's open and food seems to be as good as ever before.

I ate Masa Man Curry Fried Shrimp and it was delicious!
Better than number 6~!
Everyone, if you ask me how spicy it is, please ask me not to make it spicy! I thought Koreans had a Thai spicy taste, but I got hurt. lol

마사만커리 새우튀김 쏨땀 먹었는데 맛있어요!
넘버6 보다 더 나아요~!
여러분, 쏨땀 매운맛 정도를 묻거든 제발 안 맵게 해달라고 해주세요! 한국인이 태국 매운맛 정도야 했다가 큰코 다쳤습니다.

Today some people from the city counsel at Patong beach came to check everything at restaurant Blue Horizon - Top Quality Thai Food on Soi Phrabarami.

They took monsters and swaps of the food, vegetables, icecubes, plates, knife fork & spoons, kitchen utilities, everything.

They even checked the hands of the cook (Oi) by swapping it with some liquid that would reviel bacteria. Good for safety and sanitary cleanliness.
