Savoey Seafood Restaurant, established in November 1980 in Patong Beach Phuket, operated by S.T.P.Group Co.,Ltd,The restaurant under umbrella in Safari Beach Hotel, casual dining restaurant, featuring all dishes prepared to order in the Thai, international style. Flash back to 1 November 1980 ,Sovoey Seafood opened with 50 Tables (100 seats) and 50 staffs among laterite road and a few shop. We ope
rated seafood kitchen in front of the restaurant as same as nowadays and we had 1 kitchen for international food (now is Savoey exclusive unit)
We got the good feedback from customers then in 1984 Savoey expended to Bangla road and extremely enlarge to 600 seats and provide Thai dancing and culture performance every night. Savoey Seafood is landmark of Patong Beach and We are leader of seafood restaurant not only the selling price but also fresh and taste. On 26 December 2004 ,Tsunami disaster has attacked Savoey , everything gone but nobody pass away. Mr.Thaveesakdi and his staffs (about 135 staffs at that time) renovated Savoey and Safari Beach hotel 1 days after Tsunami with no electric and no water supply. Mr.Thaveesakdi use the big generator and water from artesian wells. Nobody resign and no layoff then 10 days later Savoey has been re-opened on 5 January 2005 among dark and Tsunami remnants. We were the first firm on beach road that run the business because we would like to recovery patong tourism as fast as possible. After disaster we has been opened Beach way Coffee shop in 8 September 2005 and Concaved Restaurant. in 1 October 2005 and in 2007 S.T.P. expanded to beach unit as Beach house which to support over customer from Savoey Seafood. Nowadays we have 250 Staffs and generated new 5 stars hotel named “Laflora Patong” and “The Naka” on Nakalay beach Phuket.
