ทุกๆวันพุธทางร้านเรามีกิจกรรมเล็กๆให้ทุกท่านที่สนใจในอาหารฉาน เราจึงได้พากันไปเดินตลาดชุมชนของปาย และได้ซื้อผักปลอดสารมาประกอบอาหาร เมนูนี้มีชื่อว่า ผักเขียวโค่ หากท่านใดสนใจทักทายถามไถ่ได้ที่ร้านเลยนะคะ

Every Wednesday, we host a small activity for anyone interested in traditional Shan cuisine. Together, we visit Pai’s local community market to select fresh, pesticide-free vegetables and locally sourced ingredients, which we then use to prepare a delicious traditional meal.

Today’s featured dish is called Phak Khiao Kho, a traditional Shan vegetable dish.

I have to admit, I love this bike. ❤️

We added this Trek mountain bike to our rental fleet about 3 months ago, and it has been an absolute joy to ride. It’s lightweight, comfortable, and handles beautifully on Pai’s country roads.
The matte black and white color looks amazing, and it’s also the biggest bike in our shop, perfect for taller riders around 180-190+ cm.

Sometimes I take it out myself just to enjoy the stunning views around Pai. Every ride reminds me why cycling is one of the best ways to experience this beautiful valley.
