Chicken Diane.

Chickenbreast with a creamy "diane" sauce.
Cream, garlic, mushrooms, brandy, Dijon mustard,
Worcestershire sauce & spices.

Served with mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.

(Chicken with penne and cheese)

Seasoned chickenthigh pieces, fried with mushrooms, onions, garlic, bell pepper, penne and a home made tomato sauce with molten mozzarella, topped with parmesan.
