We are solar-powered coffee roasters who aim to provide valued an quality coffee while thinking and working on sustainabilty of everyone on the coffee chain.

Yindee Coffee Roasters is based in Rayong, THAILAND. Our business is rooted in sustainability for coffee shops that we supplies and Thai coffee farmers, while also sharing a message of hope to our community. We select and purchase traceable in-season speciality coffees, with flavor profiles that excite us. The quality of coffee depends on many different factors, such as region, environmental conditions, variety and processing. Together, they contribute to each coffee's unique flavor. The roasting process at Yindee highlights these different characteristics, preserving every natural flavour and aroma that we enjoy...and we wish that you will experience the same.

Colombia Finca Monteblanco 'Watermelon" (500thb/200g)
Origin: Monteblanco Farm
Region: Pitalito, Huila
Altitude: 1,730 masl
Process: Double Anaerobic Washed
Plant Varietal: Purple Caturra
Tasting Notes: Watermelon, Honeydew, Chocolate

Note:
- The reason we put coffee beans in the can, is to reduce single use plastic. Aluminum can is recycled much more than plastic.
- The can comes with fully open lids. After the can is opened. You can reseal by using silicone lid.
- Silicone lid costs 20thb/pcs. You just have to buy it once. It is reusable.
- Please understand that no matter how hard we try to pack right, due to transportation, aluminum cans might have dents when it get to you.
