All that effort for a sandwich? Absolutely. We take our meat seriously. 🥩

Porkstrami is our homemade pork pastrami. We marinate the meat ourselves, then give it over 12 hours in the smoker. The whole process takes around five days. Only then do we slice it thinly for your sandwich.

Why take so long? Because we care about juicy meat, a tender texture and a rich, smoky flavour. Making our pastrami ourselves means we can control the quality at every stage. A great-looking sandwich catches your eye, but the flavour is what brings you back.

We add cheddar, crunchy coleslaw, pickles and honey mustard sauce, then stack it all between slices of toasted sourdough. Juicy and crunchy in every bite.
