Dear friends, the kitchen is almost complete, we've extended & raised the roof fitting a cooker hood and put a new ceiling in. The walls have been tiled & existing tiles re-grouted, new work tops & new sinks, stainless steel shelving & new lights. A complete overhaul to make it a more safer & spacious hygeinic workplace for the kitchen crew. The repainting of the restaurant should be completed over the weekend, leaving the new fans & lighting to be installed. Toilet & washroom has been repainted, new w/c's & sink/wash basin & mirror fitted. Next the bars/counters at the front, left side is almost finished then starting the right side. The cable wires that ran from across the front to the electric post have been removed leaving a clear unobstruced view out to the ocean.We'll keep you posted, we're doing our best to have it all completed asap and open up, have a great weekend🙏
