There is one detail about the sunset here that not everyone notices.

The most beautiful part begins forty minutes before the sun goes into the water: the light thickens and the bay changes colour several times. Then, after it sets, a pink sky holds for another quarter of an hour, missed by everyone who left too early. Come early and take your time: we light the candles in the middle of the evening, not at the end of it.
