แรงบันดาลใจจาก “ขนมไทยเปียกลำไย” ที่เราคุ้นเคย แต่เราเลือกใช้ ข้าวเหนียวดำ เพื่อเพิ่มเนื้อสัมผัสให้เคี้ยวเพลิน ได้ทั้งความหนึบและความหอมในทุกคำ

ลำไยบ้านชุดนี้มาจากสวนของน้า ที่ตั้งใจให้เรามาทำไอศกรีมโดยเฉพาะ ความหวานหอมเป็นเอกลักษณ์ จนกลายมาเป็นไอศกรีมเหนียวดำลำไย ราดด้วยซอสกะทิลำไย กะทิพงันหอมหวานมัน

สุดแสนภูมิใจในวัตถุดิบไทไทย

A Thai ice cream… made to be chewed.

Inspired by the traditional Thai dessert Longan in Coconut Milk, we chose black sticky rice to add a delightfully chewy texture while bringing out its rich, nutty aroma in every bite.

The longans come from my aunt’s garden. She lovingly gave them to us especially for making this ice cream. Their naturally sweet, fragrant flavor became the heart of our Black Sticky Rice & Longan Ice Cream.

Each scoop is finished with a longan coconut sauce, made with rich, fragrant coconut milk from Koh Phangan, adding a creamy, tropical finish.

We are incredibly proud of the beautiful ingredients Thailand has to offer, and we’d love for our dear friends to come and taste them with us. 🤎

“โบร้าน โบราณ”
เราเคยใช้เวลาคิดค้นไอศกรีมลอดช่องอยู่พักใหญ่…
เพราะเราอยากให้เนื้อไอศกรีมเนียนที่สุด หอมที่สุด ไม่มีเกล็ดน้ำแข็งมากวนใจ

สุดท้ายก็ทำได้…ทั้งเนื้อที่เนียนมากและกลิ่นหอมของกะทิ ลอดช่อง ขนุน แบบไร้เกล็ดน้ำแข็ง แบบที่เราภูมิใจมาก

แต่วันนี้…มิตรรักเรียกร้องอยากกิน ไอติมโบราณ ขอเนื้อไอติมแบบซาติมิ แต่ขอมีลอดช่อง ซาหริ่ม ให้เคี้ยวแบบมีเกล็ดน้ำแข็งหน่อยๆ

อืม… ได้สิ ปฏิเสธคำขอของมิตรรักไม่เคยได้เลย

“BORAN” – A Taste of Thai Nostalgia
We spent a long time perfecting our Lod Chong ice cream…
Our goal was simple:
to make it as smooth, as fragrant, and as creamy as possible—without any distracting ice crystals.

Eventually, we got there.
Silky-smooth coconut ice cream with the beautiful aroma of coconut milk, lod chong, and ripe jackfruit… exactly the way we dreamed of it, and something we’re truly proud of.

But recently…
Many of our lovely customers started asking for something different.
“We miss old-fashioned Thai ice cream.”
“Can you make it Satimi-style, but with real lod chong and salim to chew on… and just a little bit of icy texture like we remember?”

Well…
Of course we can.

We’ve never been very good at saying no to our beloved customers. 😊
So here it is—

“BORAN.”
A traditional Thai coconut ice cream inspired by the flavors of childhood.

It’s not super ultra-smooth like our signature gelato.

Instead, it has real lod chong, salim, and jackfruit, with tiny ice crystals tucked into the lod chong—just enough to bring back that wonderfully nostalgic texture.

One spoonful, and you might find yourself smiling…
