𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗧𝗢 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗙 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗔 𝗩𝗜𝗥𝗨𝗦? 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜𝗦 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘?
Beautiful sisters and brothers, I am very surprised that the media and the "experts" are giving a lot of generic advice like "wash your hands often, wear a mask" etc. but almost nobody is talking about some of 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗪𝗔𝗬𝗦 to protect ourselves against the Corona Virus!

Sure do all the things that the World Health Organization suggest but remember that our 𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗗𝗘𝗙𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗘 against the COVID-19 is 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗢𝗪𝗡 𝗜𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗦𝗬𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗠!
Working on yourself and focusing on your health and wellbeing is THE BEST way to prevent being infected with any virus and even in case you will be infected you will heal very soon.

💡 #𝟭 - 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗦 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗚
Your mental and emotional attitude is KEY. The mind influences our immune response and it can make you sick or healthy. It is a scientifically proven fact that stress hormones suppress our immune system. In fact, stress hormones work so well that they are injected to transplant patients to suppress the immune response and avoid the newly transplanted organs to be rejected.

𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙙𝙤! Worrying can make you sick! Be proactive. Take action. However, do so in an attitude of faith, hope, love, appreciation. We always have a choice between fear and love. And as you know Love IS the answer.

𝟳 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗮 𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗠𝗜𝗡𝗗:
- Meditation
- Gratitude and Appreciation
- Prayer
- Dancing, singing and playing music.
- Consuming inspirational/educational books material. (read about natural ways to improve immunity and your health. read about the benefits of an alkaline diet, read books on health. Focus on health and life, not on death!)
- Spend time with loved ones
- Do what makes you happy!

Remember: where focus goes, energy flows. What you resist persist. What you are afraid of, you tend to attract (because you will resonate with it!). So raise your frequency, raise your mental and emotional state. Focus on what you DO WANT (HEALTH and WELL BEING) and DO NOT FOCUS on the virus, the disease, and the deaths. Even stop watching mainstream media. They feed fear. (And their main goal is not to inform you. But to make a profit).

Our own immune system is the most effective line of defense against the virus. I am surprised that no "experts" are talking about this!

We are told to wash hands and wear masks but virtually on one is saying not to eat junk food and give healthy foods to the body.

𝟳 𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗸𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗮 𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛𝗬 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬:

- 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 #𝟭 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲. Consume a lot of fresh and raw fruits and vegetables (possibly organic). Eat raw foods. Avoid all processed foods. Avoid animal products (they are acid-forming foods. And it is proven that viruses and bacteria thrive in acidic medium while they can't live into an alkaline medium). Keep an alkaline diet.

- 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗵𝘆𝗱𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱. Drink a lot of pure water and fresh-squeezed fruits and vegetable juices. (Commercial drinks like Gatorade etc are NOT hydrating. Stay natural).

- 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀. There are many herbs that can improve immunity and that have powerful antiviral effects. Research some online and include them in your diet. (Here an article to get you started: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/antiviral-herbs )

- 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲! Nothing more stupid than staying stuck at home to depress your immune system. Your immune system is basically formed by your Lymphatic System which unlike the cardio-vascula system doesn't have a pump like the heart to move the lymph around. So we do NEED DEEP BREATHING and muscular contraction to move the lymph around and therefore stimulate the immune system. So do your best to MOVE, EXERCISE, DANCE, WALK and BREATHE DEEPLY. (There are apps to breathe and meditate!)

- 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘂𝗻! Sunlight is key! It is so vital for us! Do you know that the only evolutionary reason for white skin is that white skins produce more vitamin D with less sun? And it is scientifically proven that vitamin D improves immunity. Even if you just go out with clothes is good. Some radiations can still pass through clothing and feed your "energy body".

- 𝗕𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲! Mother Nature is healing for us. We need good fresh air, sunlight and the nourishing energies of life around us. Do the best you can to be in nature!

- 𝗦𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹! Getting good sleep is essential. Try to go to bed before 10:00PM and do all you can to improve the quality of your sleep. Sleep is important to lower stress levels and improve immunity.

Remember we are not flesh alone. We are also heart and spirit and soul. There is a part of us that is eternal. Take care of that part. Remember that part. We are ONE. Take care of each other and take care of the "All"

I believe the virus is a messenger. It is the mirror of our collective consciousness. We behave like a virus for each other and for the planet.

Maybe it is time to stop our egocentrism and start to understand that we are all connected to this beautiful planet and beyond. What we do to another or to the earth we do to ourselves.

Here a few tips to take care of your Heart/Soul

- 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. Let go old grudges. Forgive everyone and everything in your life including yourself. Meditate, close your eyes, visualize the people and say the words "I forgive you". It doesn't matter to know how to forgive just do it and be willing to forgive. Forgiveness can heal. I personally know a woman who healed her ovarian cancer using forgiveness and an alkaline diet. - 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀. Love heals. Spread the love. Stay together with family and friends. Hug! A hug should last at least 9 seconds or more (it will release oxytocin and lowers cortisol [stress hormone that will lower the immune response)]. Dance, Sing, Make love! If you cannot physically be with friends and family then connect and call each other. Maybe write a letter. Send them a gift!

- 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀. Do something for someone who you don't know and who cannot give you anything back. Send some money to charity. (suggested 10% of income). Feed the poor. Practice random kindness. If you support Life, Life will support you. BE IN SERVICE. Be a tool in the hands of the Universe.

- 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗵. Again this virus is just a messenger. A reflection of us. We are the virus. We must take care of the Earth and the Earth will take care of us. What can you do to start living more consciously and sustainably? Do some research on the topic and start taking action. Everything counts.

- 𝗥𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁. It doesn' matter what you believe. Sooner or later you will remember this. You are immortal. Don't worry about dying. If it is the time for you to go you will go. With the Corona Virus or without. The body will die but not the soul. In a way, death is birth and birth is death. So until you are here do not worry about dying but FOCUS ON LIVING WELL. Do you know it is possible to be spiritual without being dogmatic? Maybe this is a good time to connect with your spirituality... There is no best place to find peace and calm.
