According to the latest announcement from the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), the scheduled power outage on Friday, 7 August 2026 has been cancelled.

☕ ALFA Coffee Roaster will remain OPEN as usual.

We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by this unexpected change and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

⚠️ Important Notice

Due to a scheduled power outage announced by the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), ALFA Coffee Roaster will be closed on Friday, August 7, 2026.

To make up for this closure, we will be OPEN on Wednesday, August 5, instead of our usual day off.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

เนื่องจากการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (PEA) มีประกาศ ดับกระแสไฟฟ้าตามแผน ในพื้นที่ของเรา ทำให้ร้านไม่สามารถเปิดให้บริการได้ในวันดังกล่าว

☕ เพื่อชดเชยวันหยุด เราจะ เปิดให้บริการในวันพุธที่ 5 สิงหาคม (ซึ่งปกติเป็นวันหยุดของร้าน)

จานบรันช์นุ่มละมุนของ Alfa ที่ใช้บริยอชหอมเนย เนื้อนุ่ม ท็อปด้วยไข่เยิ้มและซอสครีมมี่ เสิร์ฟคู่กับสลัดสด หน่อไม้ฝรั่งย่าง แรดิช และมะเขือเทศ

ตอนนี้ที่ Alfa Coffee Roaster เรามีชานมให้เลือก 2 สไตล์ครับ 🧋

ตัวแรกคือ Thai Tea Milk
เมนูที่อยู่กับเรามาตั้งแต่ช่วงเปิดร้าน ผ่านการปรับสูตรมาเรื่อยๆ จนได้รสชาติที่ลงตัว หอมชาไทย เข้มข้น นุ่มละมุน และเป็นหนึ่งในเมนูที่ลูกค้าหลายคนคุ้นเคย

อีกตัวคือ Milk Tea
ชานมสไตล์ที่หลายคนคุ้นเคยจากชานมไข่มุก แต่เราเลือกปรับให้มีความพรีเมียมขึ้น โดยใช้ชา Earl Grey คุณภาพดี ที่มีกลิ่นหอมชัด เนื้อชานุ่ม ละมุน และดื่มง่าย

ทั้งสองแก้วมีเอกลักษณ์คนละแบบ
ใครชอบชาไทยเข้มๆ แนะนำ Thai Tea Milk

The first one is our Thai Tea Milk
A classic menu that has been with us since the early days of the shop. Over time, we’ve adjusted and refined the recipe until it became just right — rich, smooth, aromatic, and comforting.

The second one is our Milk Tea
Inspired by the milk tea many people know from bubble tea, but with our own upgraded version. We use a premium Earl Grey tea with a beautiful aroma, soft texture, and a smooth, elegant taste.

Both drinks have their own clear character, giving milk tea lovers more choices to enjoy.

Please note that both menus already come with our standard sweetness from condensed milk.
If you prefer less sweet or no added sweetness, please let our staff know when ordering.

We are now serving two beautiful matcha selections from Japan:

Uji Matcha from Kyoto
Rich, nutty, creamy, and full of soft umami. A smooth and elegant matcha, perfect for both pure matcha and matcha latte.

Yame Matcha from Fukuoka
Fresh, floral, creamy, and lightly nutty with a pistachio-like character. Smooth, refreshing, and easy to enjoy.

Both are Premium Grade Matcha, traditionally stone-milled for a fine, silky texture and a clean, well-balanced flavor.

Uji — rich, nutty, creamy, umami
Yame — floral, smooth, refreshing, pistachio-like
