Our roastery opened its doors in 2018 with the vision making high grade Thai coffee easy accessible for all.

Coffee harvest 2018-2019 now available in the webshop. Not only do we love roasting & serving coffee, we also love the society that surrounds it. �

Tomorrow 18 november the area of Moo 8 (sri thanu - haad yao) will experience a power outage.

Our roastery will be open as usual and serving croissants, food and filter coffee. The show must go on 🥳!

We received news from Phangan hospital that a customer of our roastery had tested positive for the notorious ‘rona virus.
Service staff who were in that day did a test and got NEGATIVE results.

Our team is fully vaccinated but that doesn’t mean we need your help in preventing its spread, please wear a mask, comply to local regulations and respect each others space.

Post harvest processing is done and our roastery is stocked with a fresh load of beans for the year! Whether you like your coffee bold, boring or wild and exciting Bubba’s coffee has an origin that will please your tastebuds!

Since 2018 Bubba’s works directly with farms in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Tak provinces where we build ongoing relationships with our farmers. Bubba’s roast coffee in Koh Phangan according to industry standards and uses profiling software for consistent quality.

We love to introducing you to the beauty, story and flavours of Thai coffee.

We offer an all day brunch experience as well as specialty Thai coffee.
We source our beans direct with farms in northern Thailand and roast here in Koh Phangan.
Our food menu includes breakfast classics and unique dishes which we introduced to Koh Phangan.

We rolled out some new vegan dishes at our Haad Yao roastery 👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨

BBQ smoked Bubba’s ganoush with zaatar toast.

Black garlic asparagus with crispy kale and homemade tahini.

Roast pumpkin sandwich with rucola, pesto and spiced pumpkin seeds.

With the arrival of the new crop it was time to rethink our coffee blends.
Now its no longer “Shipwreck” or “Beachbum”, but simply “Bubba’s houseblend”.
One blend consistent of quality available at both our cafés and to our wholesale customers 🤝

Another harvest done and soon the first samples of this year crop will arrive at our roastery.

Its our 4th year we are working with the farms in Chiang Rai and Tak provinces and our second to work with Mana coffee estate in Chiang Mai.

Our aim in the industry is build ongoing relationships and support for families and tribes up north.

Looking forward to the many years to come ♥️☕️
