The millet bread is getting an ORGANIC makeover! We were able to find organic brown rice from a farm in thailand and organic millet so we are able to male this bread organic going forward starting from a couple of weeks from now. We can’t wait! Everything will be fresh milled as always for this bread. If you haven’t tried it yet, the millet is the second healthiest bread we have. Made with sourdough, no starch, and fresh ground grains, it is soft and light. And now with the organic label, it will be even healthier. Try it!

We have Keto bread, that is VEGAN SOURDOUGH KETO BREAD for you.

This bread has been a test to my patience (and yours for waiting for me). I started testing this over a year and a half ago almost as soon as I started the bakery and I wasn’t able to find a solution to make the bread exactly how I wanted it to be until recently.

I am very proud of what I have made even if I still don’t feel 100% about it. I feel I had very unrealistic expectations though everyone that has tested the bread has told me that they really really love it.

So I am going to get out of my way and give it to you as it is with all my love.

If ai make items for replenishing my frozen stock I leave it 1 day fresh before they freeze, because gluten free bread lile I make sets better after one day out. Which gives you a perfect opportunity to order! If not, frozen bread is great too and it comes pre-sliced and in a vacuum sealed bag for freshness!
