Midnight Bistro is looking to stay open under new management. I am looking for a highly motivated Thai person with above-average English speaking skills. And a sense of the Srithanu community. This person must also have cooking skills and common sense, be prepared for unknowns and willing to learn, work hard.

Housing and transportation will be provided. There is a lavish room within the restaurant and a Honda scoopy available to this manager. You will receive 2% sales commission on your first year and each year we will increase your sales commission. Salary will be paid every two weeks. commission will be based upon earnings of those two weeks. Starting salary will be negotiated. There will be a 90-day management training period. You will show you have the skills to do everything needed here before you are trusted to lead others and trusted with finances bank account and other logistical matters. All of this will be negotiated and written in contract, this will be signed with my lawyer before beginning this position.
