Chef Roberto was born in Emilia-Romagna, one of the Italian regions with the finest gastronomical heritage. Every day we make the dough and prepare different types of homemade pasta to bring to your plate only the freshest, succulent and tasteful flavours from the Italian culinary school. We believe in making our pasta with love from flour and eggs, as our grandmothers used to do.
