Friends,

We wanted to say one last thank you to all our supporters and commentators. It's been one hell of a ride, and we've we've been feeling all the love. Messages of support and appreciation have flooded in and we've been truly touched. It makes us incredibly happy to know how much you all appreciated our team.

We will see you all around Bangkok soon!

Friends of Freebird,

On this day, it is time for Freebird to take leave. It’s been a wild two and a half years, full of great times, food that tantalized and the occasional awesome party. None of that would have been possible if it were not for all of you, our guests and friends. We thank you for sticking by us so patriotically, we thank you for all the kind words you have all written and we thank you for being a part of our journey.

We’d like to give a special shout-out to BK Magazine, Thailand Tattler, Bangkok Restaurant Awards and Michelin for their continued recognition of our team and all their hard work.

It is with that, we take a bow.

Ever wondered why our sauces are so intense? We never use scraps for any of our meat reductions. Prue meat. All our poultry sauces are made from thighs and wings, our beef are made from briskets. Yes, whole brisket that is than minced for maximum surface area to create the biggest yield of the maillard reaction.
It’s costly, however, we feel there just is no shortcuts when it’s comes to sauces. As Chef would say, the sauce life choose him.

Our outdoor seating is really a great place to just sit back and relax. Weather has been great lately, why not make the most of it with a meal at freebird?! Weather it’s a quick lunch, a boozy brunch or an early dinner before a night out. We have you covered!
