Meet our newest star: Salami Milano 🇮🇹✨

Now available at Hinkali House Hua Hin — crafted the traditional Milano way using 100% premium pork, slowly cured to develop that rich flavor, delicate aroma, and signature marbling. No shortcuts, just time, patience, and proper technique.

🥩 How it’s made:
Finely ground pork, perfectly balanced seasoning, natural casing, then air-dried and cured until the texture turns silky and the flavor deepens.

🍷 Best pairings:
• A glass of red wine (Chianti, Merlot, or even a bold Georgian wine 😉)
• Fresh artisan bread
• Cheese like parmesan or mild creamy cheese
• Olives, honey, or even a touch of fruit for contrast

🍽 How to enjoy:
Slice it thin, let it sit for a minute to release aroma, and enjoy it simple — or build your own charcuterie board like a pro.

Simple. Authentic. Addictive.

📍 Available now at Hinkali House Hua Hin — come try the taste of real European charcuterie.

🍾 Marani Tvishi — One of Georgia’s Rarest White Wines

Some wines are made everywhere.
Tvishi can only be made in one place on earth.

Served at Hinkali House, Marani Tvishi is not just special — it is geographically protected, tightly limited, and quietly treasured by those who know Georgian wine well.

Why Tvishi is rare

Tvishi comes from a tiny micro-zone in western Georgia, near mountain rivers and cool air currents. Outside this area, the grape simply does not behave the same. That’s why authentic Tvishi is scarce — and why real bottles never flood the market.

This is not a style.
It’s a place.

What makes it unique

Tvishi is made from the Tsolikouri grape, harvested at perfect ripeness to create a naturally semi-sweet white wine — fresh, floral, and crystal-clear. No heaviness. No excess sugar. Just balance.

In the glass

White peach, green apple, acacia blossom, honeyed citrus. Light sweetness, vibrant acidity, clean mineral finish. Refreshing, elegant, and dangerously easy to love.

Why it’s different from other semi-sweet wines

Most semi-sweet whites are simple.
Tvishi is precise.

It keeps freshness, tension, and structure — which is why wine lovers who usually avoid sweetness are often surprised by how refined it feels.

Perfect moments

Warm evenings. Seafood. Cheese. Salads. Or simply a glass before dinner when you want elegance without effort.

Tvishi is the wine Georgians pour when they want something rare but effortless, special but never loud.

If Saperavi shows Georgia’s strength,
Tvishi shows its grace.

Available at Hinkali House, Hua Hin —
but only while it lasts. 🍾

🍷 Marani Kindzmarauli

Elegance in Balance — A Georgian Classic

Some wines charm you instantly.
Marani Kindzmarauli wins you slowly — and stays with you.

Served at Hinkali House, this is Kindzmarauli in its most classical, aristocratic form.

Made from the Saperavi grape in the protected Kindzmarauli micro-zone of the Alazani Valley, this wine is naturally semi-sweet — created by nature, not by added sugar. The sweetness is restrained, polished, and perfectly integrated.

In the glass

Ripe cherry, raspberry, red plum, soft spice, a gentle velvet texture. Smooth, calm, and beautifully balanced.

This is a wine for people who value harmony over drama.

⸻

🍷 Marani vs Shumi — Two Faces of Kindzmarauli

Both wines are authentic.
Both are respected.
But they speak very different languages.

Marani Kindzmarauli
• More refined and elegant
• Softer sweetness, higher balance
• Focus on smooth texture and classic style
• Ideal for slow dinners, conversation, and pairing with food

Think: old-world elegance, quiet confidence, timeless taste.

⸻

Shumi Kindzmarauli
• More expressive and fruit-forward
• Brighter sweetness, bolder fruit notes
• Immediate, charming, very approachable
• Perfect for first-time Georgian wine drinkers

Think: warm welcome, generous fruit, instant pleasure.

⸻

Why Marani feels “more serious”

Marani Kindzmarauli doesn’t try to impress you in the first sip.
It lets you discover it — layer by layer.

Where Shumi smiles first,
Marani stays longer.

⸻

When to choose Marani Kindzmarauli

✔️ You enjoy balanced European wines
✔️ You prefer elegance over sweetness
✔️ You want a semi-sweet red that still feels grown-up
✔️ You’re pairing with food, not just drinking

This is not a wine for rush moments.
It’s a wine for evenings that matter.

Available at Hinkali House, Hua Hin —
where Georgian wine is explained, not rushed. 🍷

🍷 Marani Saperavi — The Benchmark of Georgian Red

Before you explore villages, microzones, and Qvevri experiments — you must understand Saperavi in its pure, classic form.

Marani Saperavi is that reference point.

Dark ruby, dry, structured, confident. Blackberry, plum, spice, earthy depth, long tannic finish. This is the Saperavi that teaches you what the grape is meant to be.

Reliable. Serious. Gastronomic.

Why is it better than many “normal” Saperavi?
Because Marani is one of Georgia’s most respected producers, known for balance and precision. You get the true character of Saperavi without rough edges.

This is the wine that pairs effortlessly with khinkali, grilled meats, and rich Georgian food.

If Orilo Khashmi is the professor,
and Khvanchkara is the aristocrat,

Marani Saperavi is the foundation.

🍷 Marani Khvanchkara — The Royal Wine of Georgia

‼️Very limited stock in Hinkali House ‼️

Khvanchkara is not made everywhere.
It comes from a tiny mountainous region where nature does something magical.

Historically, this was the wine served to Georgian nobility and later famously loved by Stalin himself. Why? Because it tastes like no other red in the world.

Naturally semi-sweet, made from rare grapes Aleksandrouli and Mujuretuli, Marani Khvanchkara is velvet in liquid form.

Ripe raspberry, strawberry, rose petal, gentle sweetness, silky body — and an elegance that makes you slow down without realizing it.

This is not dessert wine.
This is aristocratic wine.

Better than normal Saperavi?
Because it’s not about power. It’s about luxury, rarity, and finesse.

This is the bottle you open when the table becomes special.
