ชื่อเดิมคือไร่องุ่นหัวหินฮิลส์ ปัจจุบันเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น ไร่องุ่นมอนซูน แวลลีย์ ถูกสร้างขึ้นมาบนพื้นที่ของคอกช้างเก่า พื้นที่อันล้ำค่าแห่งนี้มีช้างเอเชียป่าอาศัยอยู่ ซึ่งช้างเหล่านี้ถูกฝึกให้เชื่องมาแล้ว ด้วยสภาพภูมิประเทศที่ประกอบไปด้วยดินทรายและหินเป็นส่วนใหญ่ ทำให้พื้นที่ตรงนี้เหมาะสมแก่การเพาะปลูกองุ่นพันธุ์ดีต่างๆเป็นอย่างยิ่งทางสยาม ไวเนอรี่ได้เริ่มพัฒนาและปรับปรุงพื้นที่อย่างต่อเนื่อง ภายหลั

งจากที่ประสบความสำเร็จจากการทดลองปลูกองุ่น ในโครงการพระราชดำริห้วยทราย ในปี พ.ศ.2546

☀️ By trimming actively growing shoots and selectively removing leaves, more sunlight reaches the buds, airflow improves, and the vine can focus its energy where it matters most.
