เพื่อหมุดหมายแห่งการเฉลิมฉลองครบรอบ 250 ปีประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกาในครั้งนี้ ทางร้านได้รังสรรค์เมนูสุดพิเศษ "USDA PRIME TENDERLOIN STEAK" สเต๊กเนื้อสันในเกรดพรีเมียม ที่ได้รับการยอมรับในระดับสากลในด้านความนุ่มและคุณภาพซึ่งได้รับการรับรองคุณภาพเกรดสูงสุดจาก USDA ย่างด้วยเทคนิคเฉพาะจนหอมกรุ่น นุ่มละมุนลิ้นในทุกคำ
