Our home in Chiang Mai will be closed until 29 April,
and we’ll be back to welcome you again on 30 April.

7 consecutive years of recognition . My heartfelt gratitude to Michelin and the entire team, to Team Blackitch, and to all the farmers and fishermen who allow us to be part of a more sustainable food ecosystem. Congratulations to all the chefs and teams who received recognition across the different categories this year.

Every chef has their own identity ,in food, ingredients, and style. Diversity is an essential part of sustainability. May we all continue to move forward with strength, and bring the stories of our cuisine and local ingredients to the world.

ตลอด 10 ปีที่ผ่านมา ‘เชฟแบล็ค-ภานุภน บุลสุวรรณ’ ไม่ได้แค่ทำร้านอาหาร แต่สร้างจักรวาลของตัวเองผ่านหลายบทบาท ทั้งเชฟ ยูทูบเบอร์ นักเล่าเรื่อง นักจัดทริป และนักร้อยเรียงวัฒนธรรมอาหารในระดับลึก

ในครัวของเขาไม่ได้มีแค่เครื่องปรุง แต่เต็มไปด้วยความเข้าใจท้องถิ่น รากวัตถุดิบ และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างอาหารกับสังคม ตั้งแต่ปลาเค็มบ้าน ๆ ไปจนถึงเรื่องความยั่งยืนที่เขาผูกพันแบบลงลึก
