เป็นชุดเครื่องดื่มที่เปิดโอกาสให้ได้สัมผัสรสชาติกาแฟในหลากหลายมิติ ผ่านวิธีการสกัดที่แตกต่างกันในแต่ละแก้ว
เริ่มต้นด้วย เอสเพรสโซ่ ที่สะท้อนรากฐานของกาแฟแบบคลาสสิก ให้รสช็อกโกแลตและคาราเมล พร้อมบอดี้ที่แน่นและความหวานกลมกล่อม
ถัดมาคือ Piccolo Latte กาแฟนมขนาดเล็กที่ใช้ช็อตเอสเพรสโซ่เดียวกัน เพิ่มความนุ่มนวลด้วยนม ทำให้ได้อีกมิติของรสชาติที่คุ้นเคยแต่แตกต่าง
ต่อด้วย Nitro Cold Brew กาแฟสกัดเย็นแบบอัดไนโตรเจน ให้สัมผัสเนียนนุ่ม คล้ายครีม และรสชาติที่ทันสมัย แตกต่างจากกาแฟแบบดั้งเดิม
ปิดท้ายด้วย Cascara Sparkling เครื่องดื่มจากเปลือกเชอร์รี่กาแฟ นำมาสกัดเป็นชาและเติมความซ่าด้วยก๊าซ ให้ความสดชื่นเบาสบาย
เมนูนี้จึงเป็นการรวมประสบการณ์กาแฟไว้ในหนึ่งชุด ทั้งในแง่ของรสชาติและกระบวนการสกัดอย่างครบถ้วน

A curated coffee set designed to showcase a wide spectrum of flavors and brewing techniques in a single experience.
It begins with a classic espresso, offering chocolate and caramel notes with a rich body and natural sweetness bringing you back to the roots of coffee appreciation.
Next is the Piccolo Latte, a small milk-based coffee built on the same espresso shot, adding smoothness and a creamy texture while preserving its core flavor profile.
This is followed by a Nitro Cold Brew, representing a modern approach to coffee. Infused with nitrogen, it delivers a silky, velvety mouthfeel and a distinct sensory experience unlike traditional brews.
The journey concludes with Cascara Sparkling, a refreshing beverage made from coffee cherry husks brewed as tea and lightly carbonated, offering a bright and lively finish.
This single menu presents coffee in multiple dimensions flavor, texture, and extraction creating a complete and immersive tasting experience.
