Alberto Martinez is a first generation coffee producer who bought his farm, La Parada, approximately 15 years ago. He works alongside his wife and sons, growing Colombia, Catimor, Gesha, Pacamara and Pink Bourbon varieties.

La Parada is located in the town of Arenosa, in the area of Algeciras of Huila. It sits at 2000 masl, planted with 5 hectares of coffee.

Today is a great day! We've turned two years old. Thank you for your support and for being a part of our journey. In the past two years, a lot has happened since the beginning. We started by using coffee from Australian roasters, many great roasters like O.N.A Coffee, Stitch Coffee, Sample Coffee, ST. ALi, and Axil Coffee, but this year we've become roasters ourselves. We would like to share our experience and showcase our unique approach to presenting our coffee. We might not have grown fast, but we are walking every step of the way with everyone. Quality coffee in a cup is our passion, and we will not stop and no one can stop us. We will keep going every single day, and let the coffee and experience tell the story themselves.
